Carli and Josh are not only two beautiful souls but also so fun to talk to! They had never done a professional photoshoot before, but they totally nailed it! That made me even more excited for their upcoming wedding at Turf Valley Resort this upcoming November!

Daysy: Where did you go for your 1st date?
Carli and Josh: Our first date was at Chili’s, where Carli accidentally dropped her first “I love you.” (that was adorable!!! ~Day)
Daysy: How did he propose? Can you describe that moment?
Josh: I proposed to Carli on July 4, 2017 over a cookout at her house. Both of our families were over and when the sun started to go down, Carli and I let off a few fireworks. When Carli went up to light one of the fireworks, I was waiting anxiously behind her to pop the question. After the firework was lit, Carli turned and ran back to me on my knee asking her “Will you marry me?” She said yes!
Daysy: Josh, Describe something that you absolutely love about your fiance
Josh: Something that I absolutely love about Carli is her constant drive. When she wants something, she goes after it with no turning back.
Daysy: Carli, Describe something that you absolutely love about your fiance
Carli: I absolutely love Josh’s positive outlook on everything. No matter what happens, he remains positive and tries all of the time to lift my spirits when I am being negative. He is also the most supportive person I know. He is always there letting me know that I can do anything and will be there behind helping me along the way.
Daysy: Any special song?
Carli and Josh: Carli and I love country music. I am not sure if we have any special song but her and I enjoy listening to Garth Brooks. A favorite song her and I have by Garth Brooks is Callin Baton Rouge.
Daysy: Do you have any pets? If yes what is it’s name and how do you share the duties?
Carli and Josh: We do not have any pets together. We will have our own pets in the future, preferably a couple of dogs.
Daysy: Any funny stories to share about your fiance? (be nice) 🙂
Carli and Josh: Whenever Carli and I are in the car and a song that she likes comes on the radio, she sings. Oh how she has a beautiful voice. No one else may believe that, but if you ask me she has a lovely voice. Carli is a FOOD LOVER! If she could eat a Chick-Fil-A everyday, I know she would. She gets upset all the time because they are not open on Sunday. I made her a cake for her birthday and NO ONE was allowed to touch it. I am pretty sure she had that entire thing eaten in two or three days.
Daysy: Describe your relationship in two words
Carli and Josh: Old Couple
Daysy: How do you imagine yourselves as a couple from now to 5 years?
Carli and Josh: Now to 5 years from now, we see ourselves living happily with one another. We both will have our careers and each other to look forward to. Hopefully in 5 years, we will have our own home where we can both use our creative minds to design and create our dream home.
Daysy: Are you planning to honeymoon? If yes, where do you have plans to go to?
Carli and Josh: We are planning to honeymoon, just not right after we get married. Right now we are looking to go on our honeymoon in January either to Florida or somewhere in the Caribbean.
