Marisa + Ferdinand

Daysy: How did he propose? Can you describe that moment?

Marisa: Ferdinand proposed around the new years, 2 years ago in 2015. I had lost the promise ring that he had given me and I had been wearing every since we’d been together. I was so distraught, I just kept crying for days. Surprisingly, one afternoon while I was lying in bed, Ferdi leaned in,  “I found your ring.” And I saw this band, silver like my promise ring, and I was like wait a minute, and he twirled it around, to my surprise, I saw this huge bright LEO diamond ring!

Ferdi then said “Marisa I have problems offering you the world right now. I don’t really have much to offer you, but still will you marry me?”  I quickly said YES! YES!!! And this time, still cried but happily. Fortunately, a few days later, I did find that promise ring.

Aubrie + Jeremy

Daysy : Where did you have your wedding? Why did you choose the location?

Aubrie and Jeremy : At The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek. We were looking for a rustic venue that was in our budget. We wanted indoor/outdoor options and flexibility. The lodge was the absolute perfection location. We didn’t need to decorate a lot  because the lodge itself is gorgeous.

Venue: The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek located in Camp Seneca Special Park, Boyds, MD.

Frances + Travis

The Best Thing about the wedding day:

Travis : “Putting the planning and stress behind us; signing the official papers and riding off with my new wife.”

Frances : “When I walked up to Trav, I was so nervous that I would trip and fall. Then as I got closer I saw that he was happy crying and all of a sudden my nervousness went away and I couldn’t hold myself back. I just had to be up there, kissing and petting him. Kristin, our priest, had to ask me to stop being so kissy and petting – she hadn’t even finished the ceremony yet! Trav was just so beautiful and vulnerable there, his great depth of love so on display, the most perfect memory I will ever have.”
